Link: https://www.customink.com/g/wqr0-00b6-mv3q Our final event of the semester will take place Friday, May 5th at 3:30 p.m. in the Tadman Boardroom in the Alumni Center. New members of LPH will be inducted, followed by the Comm. Studies banquet. Attendance isn't mandatory, but we'd really love to see ya!
Next meeting is Tuesday, April 25th at 6pm in Nichols 236. We'll be electing our officers for 2017!
The positions for Secretary, Treasurer, and PR+Marketing are open. You can also run for President or VP if you'd like, but those races would be contested. It's a great opportunity to get yourself a resume line without a huge obligation. Also... there will be pizza! Join Dr. Natalie Pennington and learn about undergraduate research opportunities within the Comm. Studies department! We'll also be discussing officer elections, so if you're interested, now's the time to say so!
Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 28th from 6-6:30 pm. Since many of us will soon be graduating and forced to face the adult world (*cries*) we'll be hosting an internship info session with Professor Riforgiate and a panel of your peers! See you there!
Lambda Pi Eta will be hosting a bake sale just in time for Valentine's Day! Join us in the Nichols Atrium February 13-14th from 9am-3:45pm. Invite all your friends, bring some treats of your own, and sign up for shifts if you can!
Join us Tuesday, January 31st in Nichols 236 from 6-6:30pm to discuss graduate school and all that entails with Dr. Colene Lind, Director of the Communication Studies Graduate Program. See you there!
Take a break from studying for finals and join the Comm Studies department for the Holiday Party this Friday! We'll be inducting new LPH members, and there will be food and drinks (of course)!
Check out the details below: Who says meetings have to be boring? Our November meeting will be a fall-themed get together, with food, friends, and "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving!"
The event is open to all Communication Studies majors, and will take place on November 15th 6-7pm. See you there! |
